Where We Ship:

Whether you’re building your home gym in Amsterdam, setting up for a session in the mountains of Switzerland, or preparing for a fitness boost in France, we’ve got you covered. We ship across Europe directly from our Germany warehouse. If you’re looking to receive your order outside of these regions, feel free to contact us at hello@speediance.eu and we’ll be happy to explore options with you.

Order Processing:

Please allow 2–3 business days after payment for us to prepare your order. Shipments to Switzerland require an extra 1–2 business days to complete export documents and customs procedures. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Times:

We ship using DHL Freight with tail lift delivery for heavier orders, making doorstep drop-off smooth and convenient. Tail lift deliveries may require an additional day or two for scheduling in residential areas.

Approximate Shipping Times from our Germany Warehouse (DHL Freight with Tail Lift):

  • Switzerland: 4–8 business days
  • Netherlands: 3–6 business days
  • Austria: 3–6 business days
  • France: 3–6 business days
  • Belgium: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 4–9 business days

Preordered Items:

All displayed pre-order dates are estimates. While we aim to meet these timelines, factors such as manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, customs procedures, or transport disruptions may affect dispatch times. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping rates vary based on order size, weight, and destination. A full breakdown will be shown at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery:

Your Speediance unit will be delivered on a pallet using tail lift service. Delivery teams are not permitted to move the product inside your home. If you need help with unloading or carrying, consider arranging assistance in advance.

Track Your Order:

As soon as your shipment is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Package Issues:

If your order arrives damaged or appears delayed, contact us at hello@speediance.eu and we’ll resolve it promptly.
